Alan Lewis comments on Government consultation on reintroducing fees for issue of ET claims

Alan Lewis was quoted in People Management in relation to an item concerning the Government’s consultation about reintroducing fees for the issue of employment tribunal claims. Alan says: ‘If a fee of £55 is introduced, the number of claims being brought is likely to be reduced, especially for lower-value claims such as some unlawful deductions from wages claims.’
